23. הוצאות בחינה בחוץ לארץ
המבקש להיבחן מחוץ לישראל לצורך מתן רישיון או אישורו או לצורך מתן הגדר או חידוש הזכויות על פיו, או בעל כלי טיס המבקש לערוך לעובדיו בחינה כאמור, או המבקש להיבחן מחוץ לישראל לצורך קבלה או חידוש של מינוי כבוחן לפי תקנה 71 לתקנות הרישיונות ישלם, נוסף על האגרות הקבועות בתקנות 20 ו־21 הוצאות כאמור בתקנה 37.
