תיקון: תשס״ה
לענין סעיף 35יז לחוק, התקופה שבה רשומים ניירות הערך למסחר בבורסה בחו״ל המנויה בתוספת השניה או בתוספת השלישית לחוק תהיה שנה אלא אם כן מניות של התאגיד רשומות למסחר באותה בורסה בחו״ל ושווי המניות 150 מיליון דולר ארה״ב לפחות.
