2. הגשת ערעור לפי סעיף 47
ערעור על החלטת בורסה שלא לקבל אדם כחבר בה או להשעותו או לבטל חברותו, וכן ערעור על החלטת בורסה בשיפוט משמעתי, יוגש לבית המשפט המחוזי שבתחום סמכותו נמצא המשרד הרשום של החברה המנהלת את הבורסה.
