12. איסור הסתמכות
גורם מאשר לא יבצע התקשרויות אלקטרוניות בהסתמך על תעודה אלקטרונית שהוא הנפיק, למעט פעולות הדרושות לצורך הנפקת התעודה, רישומה או ביטולה.
