13. איסור החזקת אמצעי חתימה
גורם מאשר לא יקבל לידיו ולא יחזיק אמצעי חתימה של המבקש, או כל מידע המאפשר שחזור או יצירה של אמצעי חתימה בעבור או במקום המבקש, ולא יהיה בעל גישה לאמצעי החתימה או מידע כאמור.
