9. ביטול הסמכה
נוכח המנהל כי חדלו להתקיים התנאים הקבועים בתקנה 8(ב) או שהרופא הווטרינר המוסמך הפר את הוראות החוק או תקנות אלה, רשאי הוא לבטל את הסמכתו ואולם לא יעשה כן אלא אם כן נתן לו הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו בפניו.
