תיקון: תשפ״ו
בתקנות אלה –
”הועדה“ – הועדה למתן היתרים שמונתה לפי סעיף 3 לחוק;
”היתר“ – היתר להטלת פסולת לים;
”הפרוטוקול“ – פרוטוקול בדבר מניעה והפסקה של זיהום בים התיכון בהטלת פסולת מאוניות וכלי טיס, כנוסחו המעודכן מזמן לזמן (Protocol for the Prevention and Elimination of Pollution of the Mediterranean Sea by Dumping from Ships and Aircraft or Incineration at Sea).
