14. ביטול היתר
הועדה רשאית לבטל היתר שנתנה, באחת מאלה:
(1)לא נתקיימו הוראות ההיתר;
(2)הובא לידיעת הועדה מידע, שלא היה בידיעתה בעת מתן ההיתר, ואשר אילו היה בידיעתה באותה עת לא היתה נותנת את ההיתר.
