9. סוגי היתר
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)היתר יכול שיינתן להטלה חד־פעמית או להטלה חוזרת והוא יכול שלא להיות מוגבל בזמן.
(ב)כאשר קיימת סכנה לחיי אדם או לבטיחותו של כלי השיט או כלי הטיס, אם בשל כוח עליון כתוצאה ממזג האוויר ואם בשל כל סיבה אחרת, רשאית הוועדה לתת היתר חירום אף בסטייה מהוראות תקנות אלה.
