5א. בחינה תקופתית ראשונה
תיקון: תשפ״ה, תשפ״ה־2
(א)בחינה תקופתית ראשונה של תקנות 2 ו־3 לעניין דמוי כלי ירייה לפי סעיף 24 לחוק עקרונות האסדרה, התשפ״ב–2021, תתבצע לא יאוחר משמונה שנים ממועד כניסתן לתוקף של תקנות כלי הירייה (תוקפם של רישיונות) (תיקון), התשפ״ה–2025.
(ב)בחינה תקופתית ראשונה של תקנה 4א לפי סעיף 24 לחוק עקרונות האסדרה, התשפ״ב–2021, תתבצע בתום חמש שנים ממועד כניסתן לתוקף של תקנות כלי הירייה (תוקפם של רישיונות) (תיקון מס׳ 2), התשפ״ה–2025.
