5. חידוש רישיון שתוקפו פקע או הוארך
תיקון: תשפ״ה־2
פקיד רישוי יהיה רשאי לחדש רישיון שפקע תוקפו או רישיון שתוקפו הוארך לפי תקנה 4 או תקנה 4א, אם שוכנע כי הדבר מוצדק בנסיבות העניין, ובלבד שבעל הרישיון הגיש בקשה לחידוש הרישיון לא יאוחר מ־30 ימים ממועד פקיעת תוקף הרישיון; חידוש לפי תקנה זו של רישיון מהרישיונות המפורטים בתקנה 2, אפשר שיבוצע לאחר המועד הכללי לחידוש הרישיון, בכפוף לאמור בתקנה זו; בתקנה זו, ”רישיון“ – למעט רישיון מהרישיונות המפורטים בתקנה 3(ב)(1).
