16. דיון נוסף לפי סעיף 8(א) לחוק
החליט בית המשפט על דיון נוסף לפי סעיף 8(א) לחוק, יורה בדבר מספר השופטים בדיון הנוסף; כן רשאי בית המשפט להתנות את קיומו של הדיון הנוסף, חוץ מאשר בענין פלילי או בענין של שחרור ממעצר או מאסר שלא כדין, בתשלום סכום כסף לקופת בית המשפט, או במתן ערובה מצד בעל דין הרוצה בדיון הנוסף, לשיפוי בעל הדין שכנגד על הוצאות המשפט שהוא יהיה זכאי להן עקב החלטת בית המשפט בדיון הנוסף ומשעשה כן יחולו הוראות תקנה 12, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
