17. הודעת הרוצה בדיון הנוסף
החליט בית המשפט על דיון נוסף לפי סעיף 8(א) לחוק, יגיש בעל הדין הרוצה בדיון הנוסף הודעה על כך לרשם תוך שבעה ימים מיום מתן ההחלטה.
