9. תשובת המשיב
(א)המשיב רשאי להשיב לעתירה תוך חמשה עשר ימים מהיום שבו הומצאה לו.
(ב)התשובה תוגש לבית המשפט העליון בששה עתקים ובמספר עתקים נוסף כמספר יתר המשיבים.
(ג)המשיב יפרש בתשובתו כל טענה לחוד ויציין את האסמכתאות שעליהן הוא מבסס את טענותיו.
