בתקנות אלה –
”המועצה“ – מועצת השמאים שהוקמה על פי סעיף 2 לחוק;
”המזכיר“ – מי שנתמנה על ידי המועצה לפי תקנה 29 להיות מזכיר;
”הפנקס“ – פנקס שמאי מקרקעין המתנהל לפי סעיף 5 לחוק.
