10. צירוף אישומים
מותר לצרף בקובלנה אחת אישומי משמעת אחדים המתייחסים לאותו נקבל, אם הם מבוססים על אותן עובדות או על עובדות דומות או על סדרת מעשים הקשורים זה לזה באופן שהם מהווים מאורע אחד.
