11. צירוף נקבלים
מותר להאשים בקובלנה אחת כמה נקבלים, אם כל אחד מהם היה צד לאחת מהעבירות שבקובלנה או אם האישום הוא בשל סדרת מעשים המיוחסים לנקבלים והקשורים זה לזה באופן שהם מהווים מאורע אחד.
