2. תובע וועדת תלונות
(א)תלונה למועצה נגד שמאי מקרקעין (להלן – הנילון) תובא לפני התובע.
(ב)התובע יברר את התלונה ויחליט לפי תוצאות הבירור אם יש מקום להגיש נגד הנילון קובלנה לוועדת משמעת.
(ג)למילוי סמכותו לפי תקנת משנה (ב) רשאי התובע להסתייע בוועדת תלונות שמינתה המועצה לפי סעיף 22(ה) לחוק.
