108. תהליכי מכשירים לשדה תעופה
תיקון: תשע״ד, תשפ״ד
לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס לפי כט״מ בהמראה או בנחיתה, אלא לפי תהליכי טיסת מכשירים שהרשות המוסמכת לכך במדינת שדה התעופה קבעה אותו לשדה התעופה, ואם שדה התעופה מצוי מחוץ לשטחה של מדינה – אלא לפי תהליכי טיסת מכשירים שהרשות המוסמכת במדינה האחראית על אותו שדה קבעה אותם לאותו שדה, כפי שפורסמו במסגרת שירותי המידע התעופתי של אותה מדינה.
