התקבלו בקשר רדיו, מכל מקור שהוא, הוראות העומדות בסתירה לאלה שניתנו מאת טייס כלי הטיס המיירט בין באותות ראייה ובין בקשר רדיו, יבקש הטייס המפקד של כלי הטיס המיורט הבהרה מיידית מאותו מקור, וימשיך למלא אחר ההוראות שניתנו לו באותות ראייה או בקשר רדיו על ידי טייס כלי הטיס המיירט.
