13. השלכת חפצים וריסוס
לא ישליך טייס מפקד של כלי טיס ולא ירשה לאדם להשליך חפץ או לרסס חומר מכלי טיס בטיסה אלא באישור המנהל מראש ואלא אם ננקטו אמצעי זהירות סבירים למניעת חבלה או נזק כתוצאה מכך.
