תיקון: תשע״ד
לא יתחיל אדם בטיסה לפי כטר״מ במטוס אלא אם, בהתחשב בתנאי מזג האויר החזויים, יש בו כמות של דלק המספיקה כדי להגיע לנקודה המתוכננת הראשונה של נחיתה לפי תכנית הטיסה ולאחר מכן, בהנחה של תצרוכת דלק נורמלית בתנאי שיוט, לטיסה של 30 דקות נוספות.
