189. איסור צניחות מעל איזורים מוגבלים או אסורים או בתוכם
לא יצנח אדם ולא יתיר טייס מפקד של כלי טיס לאדם לצנוח מכלי הטיס מעל או בתוך איזורים שהוכרזו על ידי המנהל בפמ״ת כאיזורים מוגבלים או אסורים, אלא באישור הרשות המשתמשת באותו איזור או המפקחת עליו.
