192. משקאות וסמים
לא יצנח אדם כאשר, ולא יתיר טייס מפקד של כלי טיס לאדם לצנוח מכלי הטיס אם נראה לו שאותו אדם –
(1)הוא תחת השפעה של משקאות משכרים;
(2)הוא משתמש בסם המשפיע בכל צורה שהיא על הבטיחות.
