195. תחולה במקרים מסויימים
פרק זה לא יחול על –
(1)צניחה החיונית להצלת חיי אדם או רכוש על פני הקרקע או המים, אם נעשתה בהתאם לאישור או להוראות המנהל או רשות מוסמכת מתאימה אחרת;
(2)צניחת אדם המשרת בצבא הגנה לישראל באותו זמן, שצניחתו היא במסגרת פעילות צבא הגנה לישראל.
