217. פיזור רעלים למטרות ניסוי
תקנה 216 לא תחול על אדם המפזר רעלים בחקלאות למטרות ניסוי, בהשגחת מי שהוסמך על ידי משרד החקלאות לבצע מחקר על רעלים בחקלאות או לפי אישור שניתן לו על ידי משרד החקלאות לביצוע הניסוי.
