219. איזור פיקוח שדה
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)פרט לטיסות אל איזורי פיזור חמרים ומהם, לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס באיזור פיקוח שדה אלא אם התקבל אישור להפעלה זו ממגדל הפיקוח באותו איזור.
(ב)לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס בתנאי מזג אוויר הנחותים ממינימות כטר״מ באיזור שדה, אלא אם התקבל אישור להפעלה זו מיחידת הנת״א המתאימה.
