222. הפעלה באיזור מאוכלס – כללי
תיקון: תשע״ד
על אף האמור בפרק הרביעי, מותר להפעיל כלי טיס מעל איזור מאוכלס בגבהים הנדרשים לשם ביצועה הנאות של ההפעלה האווירית בחקלאות, אם ההפעלה מתבצעת –
(1)בבטיחות המכסימלית לבני אדם ולרכוש על פני הקרקע, המתאימה להפעלה;
(2)בהתאם לדרישות תקנה 223.
