234. תקופת תקפו של רשיון
(א)תקופת תקפו של רמ״א היא כתקופת תקפו של רשיון ההפעלה המסחרית שבהסתמך עליו הוא ניתן, אלא אם רשיון הרמ״א הותלה או בוטל על ידי המנהל.
(ב)התיר מחזיק ברמ״א לכלי טיס המופעל על פי הרשיון לעסוק בהובלת סמים בניגוד לקבוע בתקנה 12, רשאי המנהל להתלות או לבטל את רשיונו.
