246. מגבלות הפעלה אזוריות
(א)לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס באיזור גיאוגרפי שלא אושר במפרטי ההפעלה שניתנו לפי פרק זה.
(ב)לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס למדינת חוץ או במדינת חוץ אלא אם הורשה לכך באותה מדינה ואם רשיון ההפעלה המסחרית שלו מתיר לו זאת.
