268. הרכב צוות־האויר
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)לא יפעיל מחזיק רמ״א כלי טיס עם צוות־אויר שהוא פחות מהמינימום שנקבע במגבלות ההפעלה של כלי הטיס או בספר הטיסה של כלי הטיס והנדרש לפי פרק זה לעניין אותו סוג של הפעלה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) לא יפעיל מחזיק רמ״א כלי טיס ללא טייס־משנה אם לאותו כלי טיס תצורה של 10 מושבי נוסעים או יותר, פרט למושבי הטייסים.
