278. משקאות אלכוהוליים
(א)לא ישתה אדם משקה אלכוהולי בכלי טיס אלא אם מחזיק רמ״א המפעיל את כלי הטיס הציע לו משקה כזה.
(ב)לא יציע מחזיק רמ״א משקה אלכוהולי לאדם בכלי טיס המופעל על ידיו, אם אותו אדם נראה שיכור.
(ג)לא יתיר מחזיק רמ״א לאדם להכנס לכלי טיס המופעל על ידיו, אם אותו אדם נראה שיכור.
