30. כושר טיסה של כלי טיס
(א)לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס אלא אם כלי הטיס הוא במצב כשיר לטיסה.
(ב)טייס מפקד של כלי טיס הוא האחראי לקביעה אם כלי הטיס הוא במצב מתאים לטיסה בטוחה; בבואו לקבוע אם כלי הטיס הוא במצב מתאים לטיסה בטוחה, רשאי הטייס המפקד להסתמך על חוות דעתו של אדם המורשה כדין לאשר את כלי הטיס לטיסה. הטייס המפקד יפסיק את הטיסה או לא יתחיל את הטיסה כאשר מתגלה בכלי הטיס מצב המסכן את כושר טיסתו.
