313. התקרחות: מגבלות הפעלה
תיקון: תשע״ד
לא ימריא טייס כלי טיס בתנאי התקרחות כאמור בתקנה 158, אלא בהתאם למגבלות ההפעלה כאמור באותה תקנה, אולם במקום ”במערכות נגד התקרחות מאושרות“ בתקנות משנה (ב) ו־(ג) לתקנה 158, יראו כאילו נאמר בהן: ”במערכות נגד התקרחות העונות על סעיף 34 לתוספת א׳ לחלק 135 ל־פ.א.ר., או על דרישות תיעוד הסוג למטוס בקטגוריה תובלה“.
