תיקון: תשמ״ח, תשנ״ה־2
על אף האמור בתקנה 31א רשאי אדם להפעיל כלי טיס עם ציוד ומכשירים שאינם פועלים אם הוצאה לאותו כלי טיס הרשאה מיוחדת לטיסה לפי תקנות התיעוד.
