34ו. דרישות לגבי מכשיר רדיו בתחום התג״מ
תיקון: תשפ״א־4
לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס במרחב אווירי שיש לקיים בו תקשורת קולית דו־כיוונית עם יחידת נת״א או כלי טיס שלפי תקנות אלה מותקן בו או צריך להיות מצוי בו מכשיר רדיו לתקשורת כאמור, אלא אם כן כלי הטיס מצויד במכשיר רדיו שמתקיימים בו, לגבי תחום התג״מ (VHF), כל אלה:
(1)טווח התדרים שלו הוא מ־118.000 מגה־הרץ עד 136.975 מגה־הרץ לפחות;
(2)הפרדת התדרים שלו היא של 8.33 קילו־הרץ או של 25 קילו־הרץ.
