357. תחולה
תיקון: תשמ״ח־4, תשע״ד
(א)פרק זה חל על מטוסים גדולים בהפעלה מסחרית על ידי מוביל אוירי ישראלי בטיסות סדירות וטיסות שכר ועל כל אדם המועסק על ידיו בהפעלה כאמור וכן על כל אדם המצוי במטוס המופעל בהתאם לפרק זה, הכל לפי הענין.
(ב)פרק זה לא חל על הפעלת מטוס שהוראות הפרקים השמיני או השנים עשר חלים לגביו.
