תיקון: תשע״ח־5
לא יעשה מפעיל אווירי שימוש במערכת EFB נישאת (portable) בכלי טיס ולא יתיר שימוש במערכת EFB כאמור, אלא אם כן הבטיח שאינה משפיעה על הביצועים של הציוד התעופתי של אותו כלי הטיס, או על היכולת להפעיל את כלי הטיס בצורה בטוחה.
