397. ספר טיסה
תיקון: תשמ״ח־4, תשע״ד
(א)מחזיק רשיון יחזיק ספר טיסה מעודכן ומאושר לכל סוג של מטוס בקטגורית תובלה שהוא מפעיל.
(א1)מחזיק רישיון יעדכן את ספר הטיסה לפי הוראות המנהל או לפי כל עדכון שפרסם מחזיק תעודת הסוג, או שפרסמה הרשות המוסמכת במדינת התכן, שאישר המנהל.
(ב)(בוטלה).
