401. הוראות מיוחדות
תיקון: תשמ״ח־4, תשע״ד
(א)לא יפעיל מחזיק רשיון מטוס שניתנה לו תעודת סוג לפני 1 ביולי 1942.
(ב)לא יפעיל מחזיק רשיון מטוס שניתנה לו תעודת סוג אחרי 1 ביולי 1942 אלא אם כן הוא הורשה כמטוס בקטגוריה תובלה והוא עונה גם על הוראות תקנה 406(א), (ב) ו־(ה).
(ג)(בוטלה).
