408א. מיקום למיזעור נזק למטוס מחומרי נפץ
תיקון: תשע״ד
מחזיק רישיון יבטיח כי בכל מטוס שהוא מפעיל המורשה לשאת מעל 60 נוסעים, ייקבע מיקום שבו ניתן לשים פצצה, מטען חבלה או חומר נפץ שהתגלו במטוס תוך כדי טיסה, כדי למזער את הסיכון למטוס.
