483. דיווח על תקלות טכניות
תיקון: תשמ״ח־4, תשע״ד, תשע״ד־3
(א)בסיומה של הטיסה, ירשום הטייס המפקד או יוודא שיירשם כל ליקוי במטוס, הידוע לו או שיש לו חשד לקיומו, ביומן התחזוקה של המטוס.
(ב)לפני התחלת כל טיסה יברר טייס מפקד את המשמעויות התפעוליות של כל תקלה שנרשמה בסופה של הטיסה הקודמת ביומן התחזוקה.
