545ב. תקנות תעופה לא ישראליות חלף הוראות פ.א.ר.
תיקון: תשע״ד
המנהל רשאי להורות, לבקשת מפעיל אווירי (להלן – המבקש), כי תקנות תעופה לא־ישראליות, כפי שיגדיר, יבואו לעניין אותו מבקש במקום תקנות פ.א.ר. שתקנות אלה מפנות אליהן, ובלבד שהמבקש הוכיח כי תישמר רמה שוות ערך של בטיחות לזו שהיתה מתקיימת בביצוע תקנות פ.א.ר. שמבוקש להחליפן, והמנהל שוכנע כי בנסיבות העניין קיימת הצדקה לכך.
