82. הפעלה בשדה עם מגדל פיקוח – יציאות
תיקון: תשע״ד
לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס הממריא משדה תעופה בו פועל מגדל פיקוח אלא בהתאם לאמור להלן:
(1)הטייס יטוס לפי נהלי היציאה שפורסמו לגבי אותו שדה תעופה בפמ״ת;
(2)אלא אם נדרש אחרת בנהלי היציאה או בדרישות המתאימות של מרחק מהעננים, הטייס של מטוס המונע במנוע טורבינה וטייס של מטוס גדול, ינסוק לגובה של 1500 רגל מעל פני השטח בפרק הזמן המעשי הקצר ביותר.
