96. תנאים להפעלת כלי טיס לפי כטר״ח
תיקון: תש״ן
(א)לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס לפי כטר״ח אלא אם כלי הטיס מורשה לבצע פעילות חקלאית והמפעיל הוא בעל רשיון מתאים לכך.
(ב)טיסות לפי כטר״ח יבוצעו באזורים מיוחדים לכך שנקבעו בפמ״ת ומגובה פני הקרקע ועד לגובה של 500 רגל מעל פני הקרקע – ביום, ועד לגובה של 1500 רגל מעל פני הקרקע – בלילה.
