25. שמירת רשומות ודוגמאות
(א)יצרן או יבואן ישמור על הרשומות בדבר תוצאות בדיקה של כל תכשיר שנבדק לפי תקנות אלה לא פחות מחמש שנים מיום גמר הבדיקה.
(ב)יצרן ישמור דוגמאות מכל אצווה בכמות הדרושה לביצוע שלוש בדיקות מיום ייצורה ועד ליום תפוגתה.
