57א. סימון שונה
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)אדם החייב בסימונו של פריט לפי תקנות התיעוד, הסבור שגודל הפריט אינו מאפשר סימון לפי הוראות פרק זה, כולן או מקצתן, או שקיימים טעמים אחרים שבגללם אין הסימון כאמור מעשי, רשאי לבקש את אישור המנהל לסימון שונה.
(ב)אישר המנהל לאדם כאמור סימון שונה, יצרף אותו אדם את המידע הנדרש לגבי הפריט לפי הוראות פרק זה לכל פריט כאמור או לאריזתו, כפי שהורה לו המנהל.
