10. תעודת בריאות
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)בישראל תמסר תעודת הבריאות ע״י רשות ההסגר והתעודה תהיה ערוכה בטופס שבתוספת הראשונה לתקנות אלה.
(2)את תעודת הבריאות אפשר לתאר אם כ”נקיה“ ואם כ”נגועה“, תעודת הבריאות היא ”נקיה“ כשהיא מוסרת שאין מחלות מדבקות, כמבואר בתקנה 2(2), בארץ שממנה מפליגה האניה או בארץ שבה נבנתה האניה או בארץ שבה התעכבה; התעודה תהא ”נגועה“ כשהיא אומרת שאמנם פשטו מחלות כאלה באחת הארצות הנזכרות לעיל.
