9. הגבלות הסגר על הבאים באניות
הגבלות הסגר נגד הבאים באניות תונהגנה כלפי –
(א)אניה הבאה בלא תעודת בריאות;
(ב)אניה שתעודת הבריאות שלה אינה בסדר.
