13. אניות עולים ואניות עולי רגל הנתונות במצב בלתי היגייני
אניות המובילות עולים או עולי רגל, ובכלל כל אניה הנחשבת למסוכנת מחמת היותה צפופה מאדם רב ושלא בתנאים היגייניים, יש להטיל עליה אותם אמצעי הבדיקה שרשות ההסגר תמצא לנכון להטילם.
